Founder and Creative Director, Beau Staley, is an experienced GIA Graduate Gemologist, scouring the globe for the rarest gems, arts and objects. His journey spans continents and decades in a  perpetual quest for the extraordinary art, objects and experiences that inspire his process and feed his passions.

Staley's creative journey commenced at the age of 17, where he honed his  skills in opal cutting and jewelry repair at Nagalle-a fine jewelry manufacturer based in Portland, OR. After completing his college education, he refined his expertise by obtaining a Graduate Gemology degree from the prestigious Geological Institute of America. His role as a global buyer and wholesaler of gemstones enabled him to cultivate enduring connections with top international artists.

Returning to Nagalle, he assumed the position of head materials buyer and  oversaw product development, eventually taking a partnership stake in the  company. In 2001, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and  operated his first high end gallery, Dolce, in Telluride CO and expanded to Cherry Creek in Denver, CO. Through his galleries, he not only showcased his own work but also represented an expertly curated array of international multi-media artists.

At the age of sixteen, Beau's parents introduced him to the world of horses,  igniting a lifelong passion. His fascination with horses and the independent spirit of the American psyche, has led him to make his home among the ranching community of Santa Ynez, CA.

Beau Staley's journey resonates with an unwavering passion for rare and magnificent decorative arts. Blending all the attending craftsmanship, luxury, whimsy and curiosity they inspire with the spirit of his home in the vast American west.
